Our pre-natal classes focus on:

Yes. Hannah has over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry and holds a specialist pre and postnatal qualification. This ensures every class is safe, effective, and tailored to support you through pregnancy and postnatal recovery.


You can usually return to exercise around 6 weeks after a vaginal birth and 8–10 weeks after a C-section, but it’s important to have clearance from your GP or healthcare professional first. Our classes are designed to ease you back in safely at your own pace.


Not at all. Our pre and postnatal classes are suitable for complete beginners as well as those with Pilates experience. Every exercise is adapted to your stage of pregnancy or recovery, so you’ll feel comfortable and supported throughout.
