Yes. Hannah has over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry and holds a specialist pre and postnatal qualification. This ensures every class is safe, effective, and tailored to support you through pregnancy and postnatal recovery.
You can usually return to exercise around 6 weeks after a vaginal birth and 8–10 weeks after a C-section, but it’s important to have clearance from your GP or healthcare professional first. Our classes are designed to ease you back in safely at your own pace.
